Judging from what you've written down from the dialog, it looks as if this might actually be a school (homework) assignment. It looks like you're trying to learn something about oral comprehension.

I've moved your thread to the correct forum, I believe. In this forum we can offer help, but will not do your homework for you. You need to listen to the video until you can make out the dialog and entirely transcribe it. Once the transcription is on paper, then you can give it to us with your translation attempt.
We'll let you know where you might need to fix things.

By the way, there's an 'Accents' drop-down menu just above where you type. You can use it to insert all the Spanish characters you might not have on your keyboard.

Hi Rusty, it's not homework, i'm not in school!...actually the accent is from Spain which I cannot clearly understand sometimes. What I put above was my attempt If I understood any more than what I have written I would not have required any help

I see. Sorry about my misjudgment. It's kind of unusual to get such a request.

I've provided the Spanish transcript below. I'll leave it up to you to figure out the translation. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

You should note how native speakers blend words together and drop endings. This is quite common in most countries where Spanish is spoken. The last verb the woman used, for instance, was elided. I'm kind of surprised that you didn't fully conjugate the verb when you wrote it down.

~~~
¿Laura?
-Hola.
-¿Comprándote un Mercedes? Cuando estabas conmigo, ¡no querías un Mercedes!
-Es que, bueno, han cambiado, ¿no?
-¿Nos tomamos algo? Yo también he cambiado.
-Tú puedes, yo no.
