All of them work.
Sometimes the imperfect and the preterite can be used idiosyncratically, and depend more on what the speaker has in mind than on a grammar basis.
estuviste/tuviste -> the pregnancy is
over and the cravings
have stopped. What did you crave in such moments.
estabas/tenías ->
during pregnancy, were cravings
frequent?
estabas/tuviste ->
during pregnancy, what did you want at those
moments of craving something?
Poli's suggestion works as well, and it could also be expressed with the imperfect.
