Hi (Suggestions wanted)

Hi,

I'm new to the forums and studying Spanish. The last 1.5 years I have been studying Chinese, but I have extra time so I thought I might try something easier (English is my native language)

However, I have no idea where to start in regards to material. I may begin Spanish Pimsleur soon but I am in search of a solid, I highly reccomended textbook(s) that teaches all aspects of the language. Starting from beginner of course.

All ideas and suggestions are appreciated.
