The first person conjugation of saber is 'sé'.
"Sabe" is the third person conjugation of saber. The second sentence you wrote isn't grammatically correct. The third and fourth sentences are grammatically sound. (However, a person hearing the fourth sentence, said without a subject pronoun, would need to know or be able to deduce who the subject is.) The verb saber can be translated as 'know', 'find out', 'hear', or 'learn', depending on the context. If it's followed by a preposition, it can have other meanings. 'Saber a' means 'tastes like'.
