A little extra note: Elemental mistakes ike changing gender can be solved with a dictionary and not losing concentration. For example, you keep writing "muchos gracias", but "gracias" is a feminin, so the right expression is "muchas gracias".

Muchas gracias is always the correct way to thank someone. Your gender doesn't matter. AngelicaDeAlquezar was referring to the noun's gender when she mentioned that it was a feminine noun.
All nouns have a gender in Spanish. The gender must be learned along with the word itself. When adjectives modify nouns, they must agree in gender and number with the nouns they modify.

The word señoritos doesn't exist, by the way. It should be señorcitos.

It's in the DRAE. Son of someone important; master (in the context of servants, colloq); playboy (colloq). It probably doesn't mean what VivaEspaña thinks it means, but that's a different topic.

"Señorito" was used by servants to refer to the son of their master, but its use is rather archaic and rather ironic.
In this case, it's always much better to say "señoras y señores" or "damas y caballeros"... ("señoritas y jóvenes", when talking to a higschool group).

Small warning note: one must be careful about the use of "señorcitos", men will be easily offended, so it's better to avoid it.
