There's no need to use the future subjunctive. It isn't in current use. There are old literary works and some refrains where it survives. The present subjunctive is used instead.
The subjunctive mood is frequently used (but not always) in a dependent clause, and the form used depends on the tense used in the main clause. The present subjunctive is used when the main clause verb is cast in the present, present perfect, or future tenses. The imperfect subjunctive is used otherwise. It doesn't get too much harder than that. The subjunctive (subjuntivo, in Spanish) is used whenever you are not dealing with real events. There are many simple and complex phrase examples that can be found by a search of our web site. In fact, the subjunctive mood is the topic of many a thread. Have a look at what has already been said, to see if your questions are answered. If not, find an example that you have questions about and ask away. By the way, no accent mark is needed on the Spanish word 'o', unless it falls between digits (0-9). Then it is used so that the word 'o' isn't confused with the number '0'. |
