Make someone feel at home
What would be the best way to translate the following sentence?

This school has a special place in my heart, and I always feel like I have come home when I visit.

The sentence seems a bit awkward to me and I'm having a difficult time.

Esta escuela es un sitio muy especial para mi. Siempre estoy en mis anchas cuando la visito. or
Siento como si estuviera en mi casa cuando la visito.

My proposal: Esta escuela tiene un lugar especial en mi corazón y siempre me siento como en casa cuando vengo a visitarla.
