U.S. to have their first Spanish spelling bee
A spelling bee is a spelling competition, which comes across to someone British as really weird, because we have nothing like it. Anyway, here is a report that they are now starting one for Spanish, in the U.S.

How difficult! "Otorrinolaringólogo" and "sanctasanctórum"! They're just spelled the same way they are pronounced. Duck soup, piece of cake and the whole menu.
