Some corrections.

For your information, your question addresses a single person formally (usted). Here in the forums, individuals appreciate being addressed informally ().
Your question could also address more than one individual. In Spain, the informal plural ('vosotros, -as') is used. In Latin America, the formal plural ('ustedes') is used.
You then just conjugate the verb according to person (second or third) and number (singular or plural).

¿Cómo estás (tú)?
¿Cómo está usted?
¿Cómo estáis (vosotros, vosotras)?
¿Cómo están ustedes?
