Enormous 700-page Spanish Grammar Tome
Let's say that you've reached a moderate-to-high level of Spanish proficiency. Now you want to take things to the next level and attain nearly flawless writing & speaking skills. To that end, would you use a 700-pg Spanish grammar book like the one below?
Amazon.com: A Comprehensive Spanish Grammar by Christopher Pountain & Jacques de Bruyne This book seems to really be heavy duty. Have you ever used a grammar book that big and that advanced--for any language? If so, how was the experience? Last edited by Amara; October 12, 2013 at 05:51 AM. |

hmmm...
No. First of all, do you have that high of a grammar level in your native language? If yes, then you would get something like the following: http://www.amazon.es/gram%C3%A1tica-.../dp/8467033215 ![]() |

Besides the fact that REAL Academia Español penned this book, why specifically do you like it so much? Why do you prefer it over other such books? |
