Relationship

¿Cómo se dice...?

"Their relationship is not just about the children they have a relationship outside of the children too"
"Su relación no solo se trata de los niños tienen una relatión aparte de los niños tambien"

"They can communicate and share their feelings on a different level from/to how they communicate with the children"

"Pueden comunicarse and compartir sus sentamientos en un nivel diferente al/del que comunican con sus niños"

"Su relación no solo (In your original, is 'not' modifying the verb 'is', or is it modifying the word 'just'? Depending on the nuance you intend, 'solo' may be misplaced.) se trata de los niños (run-sentence needs punctuation here) tienen una relatión (spelling) aparte de los niños tambien (spelling) (missing end punctuation) "

"They can communicate and share their feelings on a different level from/to ('from' or 'than' are okay here, 'to' is wrong to my ear) how they communicate with the children"

"Pueden comunicarse and compartir sus sentamientos en un nivel diferente al/del (I think that only one of these is correct.) que comunican con sus ('los' is also possible) niños"
Different placements of 'solo' can offer meanings that are distinct in subtle ways.
