Are both options below correct:
The majority of my sisters are very tall:
• La mayoría de mis hermanas es muy alta. (alta describing mayoría)
• La mayoría de mis hermanas son muy altas. (altas describing hermanas)

Are there any other possibilities?

In colloquial speech you can hear both combinations.

As for another possibility, I can only think of "casi todas mis hermanas son altas".
