This refers to a timetable for every bus route there is in this city or location, is this correct?


¿Me podría dar un horario del autobús, por favor?
This one refers to a specific bus e.g. the number 45 bus that goes to Oxford Street. Is this correct?

For every bus route it's better "un horario de (los) autobuses".

"Un horario de autobús" could be just any bus schedule anywhere; not necessarily the one you want.
