Creo que las respuestas son:

2) Las Neñitas estan felices. (Una condición temporal)
3) El perro es prieto. (Un cualidad permanente)

Prieto = macizo, en este caso
Debe ser nenitas o niñitas porque 'Neñitas' no lo encuentro por ninguna parte.

Gracias por la correción. Sí, pensaba que "neñitas" fue un regionalismo para "niñitas" pero puede ser un error también. Otra corrección: Las niñitas están felices. No creo que es necesario de usar la mayúscula.
