I bought a rice with two choices

Situation:

In this part of the world I am living in, in restaurants we very often have something like this: you buy a ticket from the desk and proceed to a large counter. After scooping rice into a plate divided into several parts, the staff member would ask you which dish/choice etc. you would like to have, pointing to something like this




and you would get this as a result:



so if a friend asks me what I bought, how should I phrase the answer? Could this do?:

-I bought a rice with two choices/dishes.

No article is needed before 'rice'.
'With two entrées' would be used more than 'dishes' or 'choices'.

Rice is considered a side dish by most people in the U.S.
