There is a foreign accent, but everyone will understand what you say, so I wouldn't be worried.

For a more natural pronunciation, try accenting "Carmen" on "car" and not on "men", and don't separate each word from each other: in "va a", a native speaker almost says just "va", and try to avoid making a pause between "la" and "oficina".
