Perhaps it's with a "zambiloco", from "zambo" (bowlegged).
I've never heard it, but I'll speculate with an expression that sounds rather graphic to me for someone going crazy: walking around disorderly and shaking their head.

Just google it. The answer is there without having to click on it. I googled sambiloco before posing the question to Tomísismo. I never occurred to me to check zambiloco as Angélica suggested.
