Question ¿Qué hace el caimán?

El perro ladra.
El gato maúlla.
El elefante barrita.
La vaca muge.
El toro brama.
El león ruge.
La rana croa.
El pato... ¿hace “cua-cua”?
La gallina cacarea.
El búho creo que ulula...
¿Qué hace el caimán? ¿Ruge?

They produce very low frequency roars and rumbles, and other sounds depending on what they're communicating. http://crocodilian.com/cnhc/croccomm.html

In English they hiss in addition to biting. I don't know a good word for hiss in Spanish, and am not sure what dictionary
translation to choose.

I found another site that lists the animals (and other things) in Spanish alphabetical order. Look here.

il coccodrillo come fa

A ver si me pongo al día

Saludos

Gracias Sosia...
