Un álbum- Recording an album requires intense work on the part of everyone involved. In the paragraph below, change the verbs in parentheses to the correct present progressive forms using estar + present participle. (Remember you must conjugate the verb "estar" according to the subject, and you must use the participle.

Los músicos (ensayar) todo el día por varias semanas. Los percusionistas (practicar) con los especialistas de instrumentos de viento. Después de muchas semanas de práctica, el conjunto (grabar) un nuevo álbum. Como promoción, los músicos (visitar) varios programas de televisión y (tocar) algunas de las canciones del álbum. El conjunto (hacer) una gira por muchas ciudades; su empresaria (organizar) los detalles. La gira es un éxito total y ellos (vender) milliones de álbumes. Please correct my errors if they are incorrect: 1. escribiendo 2. aprendiendo 3. ensayando 4. practicando 5. grabando 6. visitando 7. tocando 8. haciendo 9. organizando 10. vendiendo I do not understand when to add the form of the verb "estar". All of your answers only included the present participle, or gerundio, as it is known in Spanish. Since both a conjugated form of estar and the gerundio are required, all of your answers are only partially correct. Add the missing conjugated form of estar to all of your answers.
Directions: ... change the verbs in parentheses to the correct present progressive forms using estar + present participle. (Remember you must conjugate the verb "estar" according to the subject, and you must use the participle.) |
