¿Cóme se dice...?
"I went to a party yesterday and they painted my face, I've tried to get most of the paint off but there's still a bit left" "Fui a una fiesta ayer y me pintaron la cara, he intentado quitar la mayoría de la pintura pero aun me queda un pocito." After face painting at a party!

Check the spelling of 'aun' and 'pocito'. Other than that, your sentences are fine.
Speaking of sentences, there are two, so change the comma after 'face/cara' to a full stop and add a full stop to the end of your second English sentence.
