Holiday

Hola ¿Cómo se dice...?

"Every day we went in the pool, every day we had drinks out, we eat a lot. We went played mini golf several times Paul won every time. Some days we eat in and some days we eat out." (When talking about a holiday that lasted a week/2 weeks.)

I wasn't sure which type of past to use weather because I'm talking about a holiday that's finished it should all be in the preterit or because some things I have said "every day" it should be in the imperfecto. Here's my attempt, could you correct it, thanks.
