"Por aquí" en esta oración significa "por este camino".
El subjuntivo se usa mucho menos de lo que parece. "He de llegar" usa el presente para expresar una idea futura. Pudo decir "llegaré", pero "haber de", en este caso, subraya la seguridad de que llegará a las minas siguiendo ese camino.
