I don't know as can say Ambietador for someone who gives fun to a party.

We'd say "animador, -a" or "relaciones públicas". There are "relaciones públicas" who don't work as "animador", but in discos or hotels, they're called so.

Now, if you allow me, I'll give you an advice about "como/cómo"
(please, if I'm wrong, I hope somebody will correct me )

Como, in the sense "parecido a" - like:

He thinks like you - Piensa como tú (de una forma parecida)

Como in comparison - as:

I'm as tall as you - soy tan alto como tú

Cómo in interrogative sentences (or indirect interrogatives in Spanish) - how:

How do you feel? - ¿Cómo te sientes?
I don't know how I could say... - No sé cómo podría decir... (this is your sentence)
