"Rosé" is "rosado", Lou Ann... I didn't know the word "róseo" existed, but it's not the usual adjective for wine.

*suspiro* Oh well ... I've actually been following this thread very closely, but have avoided participating because I don't know any colloquial or idiomatic Spanish. The "róseo" is something I found in the Tomisimo dictionary under "vino"......

It's ok, I learned that word thanks to you
You can use it with anything you want to say it is rose, but the usual one for wines (¿cien porciento?) is "vino rosado".
