Would it be "lo recuerdo"?

Sorry, poli, "me lo acuerdo" is not correct, but "me acuerdo de ello/eso/esto.

How would I say "I know you can hear me?"

Would it be "Yo se que puedes me oyes." or "Yo se que puedes oyerme."

I'm confused because I'm sure you can't use two conjugations in a row.
