Hola, me falta el vocabulario para escribir el presupuesto en español (budget)

over budget = más de lo presupuestado / más de presupuesto
(credit) rating = calificación / valoración de crédito
utilities = servicios (públicos)
rent = alquiler (Sp.), renta (Mex.)

One more thing:You should say
Estar en números rojos (the article is not necessary). This expression is quite common but you wouldn't use it for a budget as it is too informal.

En Chile:
Over budget = sobrelimitado/sobre el límite/sobre extendido

Renta = arriendo ( también significa ingresos )

"vivo de mis rentas" es una persona que no solo puede tener bienes inmuebles que los arriende (rente/rent) pero también puede tenet, por ejemplo, acciones que le rinden ingresos, etc.
