Que es la diferencia entre estas palabras? Cuando voy a uso cada palabra - me das un ejemplo por favor

Y tambien, que es la diferencia entre "aquel" y "eso" - son el mismo palabras no es verdad?

No: one is a demonstrative adjective, one is a demonstrative pronoun:
