How can I say venta al por mayor y venta al por menor.
La venta al por menor ha desaparecido practicamente
la venta al por mayor recibe subenciones del estado.
I know the term is wholesale, retailsale but how can I use it?

Retailing has practically disappeared.
Wholesaling receives government subsidies.

Here are a couple of other examples:

El precio al por mayor es por lo general mucho menos que el precio al por menor.
The wholesale price is usually much less than the retail price.
