Hola, ¿me podrían ayudar a traducir esto?:

"Nothing on this Website constitutes advice, nor does the transmission, downloading or sending of any information or the Material create any contractual relationship."

Puedo traducir perfectamente lo que sigue luego de advice, pero no entiendo que quiere decir "constitutes advice"...

En este caso "no es consejo"
