¡Hola!

Hello everyone

I'm English and I'm currently learning Spanish. I'm a student, and my dream has always been to speak Spanish with fluent proficiency. Mexico is my dream; the culture and people fascinate me.

Thanks!

Welcome to the forums!

Living in England, you'll most likely be taught peninsular Spanish (that which is spoken in Spain). The Mexicans speak it differently, so you may want to get opinions from the Mexican members here whilst you learn.

Welcome to the forums Ryan, and make no apologies for teaching yourself! Because learning is such an individual effort, in a sense that's what we all do, and you can't go wrong spending time here. This site has been of immense help to me, as I hope it will be to you.
