How did you see it used? Context is key to a correct translation.
you appear/look (personal, formal - reflexive) ¡Qué linda se ve! = How pretty you look! see oneself (reflexive) regard oneself (reflexive) ¿Cómo se ve? = What do you think of yourself? one (can) see (impersonal) it seems Se ve que la ciudad ha crecido. = You/One can see that the city has grown. it's understood (impersonal) ¿Se ve? = Is it understood? see/meet each other (reflexive, plural) Se ven los viernes. = They see each other on Fridays.
