Using hablar in the subjunctive.

Hi, how do I conjugate verbs in the subjunctive?

Would it be hable or que hable? Someone help please.

Saludos.

Whether you knew it not, your question was only about the first- or third-person singular present subjunctive mood. There's a second person and there's a plural form for each of the persons. Also, there's another subjunctive mood form besides the present tense.

Present Subjunctive (simple verb):
Me encanta que ella hable español.
Espero que los profesores hablen inglés.
Mi madre quiere que hablemos con el vecino.

Imperfect Subjunctive (simple verb):
Me encantó que ella hablara español.
Esperábamos que los profesores hablaran inglés.
Mi madre quería que habláramos con el vecino.

The imperfect subjunctive has an alternate form:
hablara or hablase
habláramos or hablásemos
