Been to

Hola, buenas noches.
- I've been to Cartagena with my family.
pero, ¿y esta?
- I've been to her house many times.

Gracias.

It is quite general, not restricted to countries.

I have been to Buckingham Palace
I have been to see the queen
I have been to the cinema

Oh, thanks. And what if I haven't been, can I use 'will be to'?
For example:
- I will be to Spain
Forgive me if I'm ignorant!!
