Hello! I'm from Spain, so I've written what I'd say. After some sentences I've written the explanation for it. Hope it is helpful. Bye!
1. How has your day/week been?- ¿Qué tal ha ido el día/la semana? 2. My week has been very busy- He estado muy ocupado esta semana 3. I have had lots of meetings at work- He tenido un montón de reuniones en el trabajo. - A lot of: muchos/as - Lots of: un montón, montones. 4. I played football at the weekend with my friends- Fui a jugar a fútbol con mis amigos el fin de semana. - At the weekend: el fin de semana. you don't use a preposition. 5. I went to the cinema with my fiance and saw a good film- Fui al cine con mi prometida, y vimos una película muy buena. Se illama "American Sniper" 6. Have you heard of that film?- ¿Has oído hablar de esa película? 7. Tonight, I went for dinner with some friends- Anoche (last night?), fui a cenar con algunos amigos. - If you are talking in past you should say "anoche" which means last night. 8. I had calamari for starter and steak and lobster for the main course- Pedí calamares de entrante, y, de segundo, entrecot de ternera y langosta. - If you're talking about the menus or the food you ate last night, you can say "pedí" which is the past of "pedir": to order. - Starter: entrante (o entrantes for the plural) 9. What food do you like?- ¿Qué tipo de comida te gusta? 10. What have you been doing this week?- ¿Qué has hecho esta semana? - In Spanish we usually use the present perfect for that situation, instead of the present perfect continuous, although you can say it both ways. |
