Could I use churn out?
-Students, please __ good essays. Our teacher did not give us marks for using churn out, but it sounds OK to me? Do you think we are correct in using the phrase? |

You may use that, but it suggests more activity on the student's part than what your teacher was expecting.
Using another verb, like 'write' or 'produce', is probably what your teacher had in mind. |
