-Pressing on towards the lakeside resort, psyched of the grand festival, our heroes have arrived at picturesque Hararu Town. Did I hear of correctly? If not, what would have been used after psyched by the narrator? |

The preposition 'of' sounds odd to me. I'd use 'about' or 'by'.
