So... that...

Maybe I'm just being stupid (very possible), but I've looked through all my usual grammar reference haunts and I can't find anything about how to say "So ____ that _____"

Like

"That movie was so bad that I had to close my eyes."

...Trying to look up 'que' in the dictionary is just a really hard place to start, you know?

Re: So... that...

"tener que" is an idiom meaning "to have to". "tuve que caminar" means "I had to walk" It I had used some other verb, it wouldn't have that "que".

"That movie was so bad that I wanted to close my eyes."
Esa película estuvo tan mala que quise cerrar los ojos.
