I would help to talk about visiting hours in a hospital.

I need to say the following (I guessed at the first sentence but the the second seems a little harder).

You can visit your Mother any time except 7 until 8 in the morning and 7 until 8 at night.
Puede visitar a su madre cualquier tiempo excepto a las siete hasta a las ocho de la mañana y a las siete hasta a las ocho de la noche.

Visiting is not allowed between 7 and 8 in the morning and between 7 and 8 at night.

You can visit your Mother any time except 7 until 8 in the morning and 7 until 8 at night.
Puede visitar a su madre a la hora que quiera menos de 7 a 8 de la mañana y de 7 a 8 de la tarde.

Visiting is not allowed between 7 and 8 in the morning and between 7 and 8 at night.
No se permiten visitas a los pacientes de 7 a 8 de la mañana ni de 7 a 8 de la tarde.
