Swine flu, warning?

I´m not sure if this a big virus.
in my country only two city has this virus. but this is a warning for us!!
I heard more than 5 countries have this kind of virus, right?
Ìs it a big problem?

I'm worry for my children, because although it has cure does not leave to be dangerous for the people, in my state even there aren't cases about it.

Today I was listening to the radio and they said that in Mexico people are not able to go out from home, is it true? I'm happy you and your family are fine.
Here in Europe several countries have detected a few cases, Spain, UK, Germany and I've listened to a new case in Switzerland today. I don't now if there are other countries in Europe which are affected. It's a pity that happened such things

No, it's not true.

The government has announced that they will take advantage of two national holidays (May 1st and 5th) to suspend all governmental activities that are not essential for society for the whole weekend and until May 6th. They are asking private companies to do the same to avoid crowding (either in offices or in public transport).
The government recommended as well that people don't go out anywhere and stay at home these "holidays" to stay safer at home.
This means most people are not going to work for the whole weekend, unless it's needed.

But there is actually no prohibition and not everything will be closed. Stores, grocery shops, supermarkets, restaurants (who will not be serving food in their premises but one can buy food to take home), drugstores, etc., will stay open.

I hope you all will be OK. I have no words to explain what a feel, but sometimes I feel angry because I've read some things that make me think that it's a lab ilness. I've read that here, in Spain, al lot of chemist's have sold all their mask, though there are very few cases of the disease here.

Thank you! I hope there will be as less victims as possible now that people and governments know what risks there are.

As for the lab illness, well swine flu has existed for a long time, and it has already been responsible for many epidemics, so a new mutation is not strange to me. We were unlucky to have the most numerous outbreak of this one, just as Asian countries were unlucky at the time of the bird flu.
We know contagion can be mostly prevented, so it's a matter of keeping good hygiene habits from now on, and to keep in mind that although emergency will have an end, the risks will still be there, so the whole world will have to be very careful with things we didn't usually care for in daily life.

That's what I was wondering; how much worse is this flu than other outbreaks? I mean, it's obviously highly contagious. But in the US, the illness doesn't seem much (or any?) worse than regular flu outbreaks.

I have a doubt in relation a this new flu, in my own view point this virus was made for someone in some laboratory in U.S.A or other place of the word, then I believe that this virus was casted for the government as strategy of the currently economy in the world so the laboratories will have much earnings with the sell the vaccine, I can't be sure of my commentaries but some about it is very weir, when the vacations holyweek finished in my country the people start to ill them with the new virus in my country, then I can't believe that the virus appear so fast as you know now in the news.

What do you opine about this commentary?

I'd like to hear your commentary, I know that this commentary can be very weir for you or my mind is playing with me, because I don't know it has happened in other places in other last years.

I heard yesterday a new in Mexico City where they was speaking about this that I said, but in the radio one person commented that, and really I can believe it, because you know as the economy is currently, then I can't believe that finish the vacations in my country you know my country is very visit for the foreigns of all the world, then the strategy of the government I believe it is that the laboratories get extra earning about the vaccines in my country so they will can earn more money from the people, and it's really mad for the people because as you know the people is dieing each second in my country for guilty of that virus.

I don't think anyone made it. Who would do such a thing? How about the Influenza Epidemic during 1918-1919? I think now it's the same thing as during that time. I don't think anyone made it....

Me parece que tenemos que investigar la palabra bulo. En inglés se usa
rumor o heresay. Los rumores/bulos son cosas escritas o dichos por gente sin datos validos algunos. Hablan de coincidéncias como si fueron la verdad absoluta sin ninguna prueba y suscitan sentimientos de paranoia, y odio que en otras circunstancias en la historia del mundo causaron más muerte que cualquiera gripe.

No tengo ninguna ilusión que la humanidad existe por bondad, poque somos capaces de hacer las cosas más odiosios que hay, y los bulos son unos de los herramientos más efectivos para sembrar cizaña.

Kid nowadays exits laboratories in your country where make the virus as test of biologic boom they are used during the attack terrorist or in wars paid for the U.S.A, I wanna say one commentary about of my conclusions, I don't want to affect with these commentaries anyone, because as you know only they are commentaries made in my mind or my brain is thinking the contrary to the made currently that affect to my country and to my life, then as I was saying about of the laboratories, I read the other day in one website where they were saying that there are two laboratories from Florida where they make the virus for investigations from government, then out in the laboratories happened some weir that never anyone said anything before, there had a steal of three phial that contained virus made inside of the laboratories, then it make me guess that the virus never were stolen, then How do you can sure about the security of your life? If the government makes virus as test for the business in the wars and in terrorist attacks, I'm not sure any place today, if the government has virus saved in places near to my country.

I can't be sure about my commentaries but, I don't believe sometimes the government say the true about of the national security.
