Now you don't have to wait an hour, create another account (from the same IP/hostname), and "answer" your own question, linking to your weight loss spam page

I know, I've been having a problem with spam here on the forums. I get about 5-10 spam posts per day now, and I just keep deleting them. On my blog I started using Akismet and It's been catching almost 100% of spams, try it if you like- it's worked for me.
