Oh, I didn't know that! Okay, I was wondering what this line meant: "Pobre del desprevenido que no se esperaba una de esas."

The stanza it's included in is:

Cuando son casi la una la loba en celo saluda a la luna
Duda si andar por la calle o entrar en un bar a probar fortuna
Ya está sentada en su mesa y pone la mira en su proxima presa
Pobre del desprevenido que no se esperaba una de esas

Literal translation, of course but I think you can catch the drift of the meaning....

I think I see a couple of grammatical errors in the lyrics, but maybe they're accepted usages, just like we let grammatical errors slide in many English songs.

es la una = it's one o'clock
son las dos = it's two o'clock
son casi la una = it's almost one o'clock

Some say that the adverb casi makes it OK to use the plural form of the verb. Is there an official RAE reference somewhere that agrees with this statement, or should I keep saying es casi la una?

Desprevenido is an adjective, but it appears as a noun in the lyrics.
(El) pobre desprevenido is the correct way to say the poor unsuspecting thing.
Spanish adjectives can be used as a noun when accompanied by the neuter article lo. Is creating a noun from an adjective (like el prevenido) allowed in Spanish?

He oído la canción y lamentablemente no puedo entender la palabras habladas , pero es una buena canción para aprender el español, porque habla lentamente más o menos. Estoy feliz de que sea fácil leer las letras, y entenderlas. Es decir que mi español está mejorando.
