Nunca lo he visto así , por lo menos en un mapa

¿Es común escribirlo así ?

Es común sobre todo hablando de grados (mediciones angulares), no en horas (aunque también lo he visto así, pero creo que no es correcto): 11º 30' 15''.

GRacias así dijiste , he visto en mapas con los grados , pero yo también me parece incorrecto
