"estoy"?

De nada. (You are welcome.) "De" goes with "nuevo" as an idiom/idiomatic expression, i.e, "de nuevo" = otra vez = again = once again = once more. You could also say "nuevamente".
I give you here additional correct ways to say it,
Estoy en este foro otra vez.
Nuevamente, estoy en este foro.
Estoy en este foro nuevamente.
Estoy otra vez en este foro.
Oops! But I just realized you meant to say "I am new at this forum!"
In which case it is,
Soy nueva en este foro.
(When I first read your post and answered I thought you meant, "I am again at this forum".) Hope this helps and clarifies.
Note: "To be" = Ser or estar in Spanish, depending on context. Ser = be (exist, live). Estar = (mental or physical state, physical position)

Sometimes I run out of Spanish and I have to write in English. uf!

Hola Spacemaker

Hi LibraryLady. Your Spanish is good for a native english speaker. I wait that you to polish up those details with the help of the people of forum. And don´t to bother if i correct you, but i do for your learning.

Hola.

Well. Bookshop is a shop where books are sold.
Library is where the people could borrow books for free.

Bueno.

Thanks for remember me it.
