Mi animal favorito es el gato... también me gustan los perros y las tortugas... Cuando era pequeño, de niño, tuve una lechuza una vez... Y también me gustan los caballos...

En cuanto al arroz frito... yo tampoco sé...

A mí me gustan los tiburones aunque quisiera nunca tener uno cerca, en cuanto al arroz frito tampoco tengo idea .

I like sharks, although I would not like to have any shark near me ever, regarding the fried rice I have no clue.

Means "regarding that" "as fas as [whatever you talk about] is concerned"

I would like to have said that: I enjoy diving with sharks, that I want to dive with whale sharks and that sharks are not as violet as people think!

Sí algo tiburones ballenas puede llegar 12 metros, pero tiburones ballenas no son peligrosos - sólo muy grande! Los tiburones me buceado con fueron 3 metros solamente.

Some notes:

- Keep in mind that adjectives must agree with the number and gender of the noun.
- "Tiburones ballena" is a tough combination of words: Since both nouns refer to only one animal, one of them is invariable, so only the first noun changes to fit the plural. Some similar cases can be found here.
