To see eye to eye

How does "see eye to eye" translate in Spanish? Is there a similar phrase in Spanish? This phrase means to understand or perceive things in the same way. Example: My friend and I do not see things eye to eye so we agree to disagree and still be friends.

@Crotalito: Revisa por favor el link que puso Rusty para que veas el significado de la expresión.
"Ojo por ojo" no tiene nada que ver. Es una venganza y en inglés se traduce como "an eye for an eye".
