Salubridad
La pregunta se dirige a lo que han leído el cuento "Prima dama " de Monterroso.Por favor cuando se escribe Salubridad con mayúscula , quiere decir also especial ? o significa condiciones de salubridad?

No lo he leído, pero Salubridad suele ser una dependencia comunal, una secretaría e incluso un ministerio de gobierno. Es como decir Policía y policía. En general el nombre es más complejo pero la costumbre lo acorta a lo esencial.
