En caso te gusta saber que la palabra es femenina o masculino, consulta el diccionario de Tomisimo. Tambien, usa para saber en caso el palabra es adjetivo o nombre.

"Me" and similar pronouns are not separated from the verb when they're used after it; only when they precede it.

Your advice about using a dictionary to check the nature of a word is fine... I would suggest that you used a Spanish dictionary from the start though... it's slow, but you will develop a better idea on the word you're consulting.
