Never heard of it. I don't really watch that much Chinese TV unless there is a concert or something.

Any more requests?
I can't think of anything off the top of my head.
Anything in daily life, think, "Do I know how to say this in _____?". If you don't know, come back and ask here!

jchen great thread!! My computadora doesn't show the chinese characters I think I need a language pack or something!

Anyone I am wondering how do you type the different words? Is there a keyboard or do you need to use the mouse to write them? Might seem like a strange question but from what I know there are so many differnt characters in chinese! like 80000 and no alphebet.

¡Gracias!

for the characters I went here (http://www.chinese-tools.com/tools/ime.html) and typed in the pinyin and chose the appropriate character. and for the accents...well I typed the English meaning in the dictionary and copied and pasted the letter with the accent (ones that look like Spanish ones I don't need to). That's what I do.

I created my own keyboard layout for Pīnyīn purposes, and I downloaded Chinese typing software for characters. I posted them somewhere in this thread, but am too lazy to find it now. hehe

There are 3 ways to ask How old are you?:

Nǐ duō da? 你多大?You can ask anyone this :P This actually means "How big are you?"
Nǐ duō shǎo suì? 你多少岁?Ask people a little older this.
Nǐ jǐ suì? 你几岁?You ask people that are very young (under 12 I think) this.
suì (岁) means age.

¿Cuántos años tienes?
Tengo _____ años.

Nǐ duō shǎo suì?
Wǒ ______ suì.

chanman, if you have additional info, please post it ^_^ and tell me if I have my info wrong....:/
