Wuhan, in Huayang college of Arts.
Bathrooms are not OK almost anywhere in China, but I love the country, the culture is interesting.
What province is Binhai in? Should be on the coast, no? (hai=sea)
Suzhou is famous. Old saying goes: In heaven there is paradise, on earth there is suzhou, somewhere else and somewhere else (can't remember the other two places)
Also women just south of the yangtse are famous for being very pretty. I lived in Huzhou for a while, and I've been to Yimu, around Zhejiang province. I used to teach near nanjing, and would party at weekends in Shanghai, so my Friday and sunday trips would go through suzhou. I was there for a med test and in zhouzhuan, the chinese venice nearby, for my honeymoon.

How will I know I have the right pronunciation?
For example.....xué.....if you were to write it in american letters, what letters would you use to obtain the closest pronunciation?
Esto es muy divertido! Gracias!

Here's some more Chinese:
The numbers
一 yi 1
二 er 2
三 san 3
四 si 4
五 wu 5
六 liu 6
七 qi 7
八 ba 8
九 jiu 9
十 shí 10
十一 shí yi 11
十二 shí er 12
十三 shí san 13
十四 shí si 14
二十 er shí 20
三十 san shí 30
四十 si shí 40
一百 yi bai 100
after each number and before each noun, there is a character called a measure word.
For flat things, like paper, it is zhang.
For pets and some animals, like dogs, it is zhi.
For people and some things (like backpacks - shu bao) it is ge -个
There are MANY measure words!
Tomisimo

The measure word thing sounds kind of complicated. :)
