How can I say venta al por mayor y venta al por menor.
La venta al por menor ha desaparecido practicamente
la venta al por mayor recibe subenciones del estado.
I know the term is wholesale, retailsale but how can I use it?

Retailing has practically disappeared.
Wholesaling receives government subsidies.

Here are a couple of other examples:

El precio al por mayor es por lo general mucho menos que el precio al por menor.
The wholesale price is usually much less than the retail price.

¿Lo compraste al por menor o al por mayor?
Did you buy that retail (from a retailer or at a typical retail price) or wholesale (from a wholesaler or at a typical wholesale price)?
